House-Sit Basic 50% Deposit

House-sit basic is 4 hours minimum. £20 per hour total of £80 to refresh your home only. A 50% deposit of the total service fee is required to secure your booking and the remaining balance will be due upon completion of your appointment.
Cancellation fee 20% no-show or last minute (2 days of the appointment) the deposit will not be refunded.
