Booking requirements:
* Advance booking: To secure your house sitting appointment, please book at least 1 week in advance. Early booking is highly recommended, especially during peak season or holidays.
*Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. this deposit will be deducted from total fee upon completion of the service.
Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellation Fees: Should you need to cancel your booking, kindly ask for as much notice as possible. If a cancellation is made, 20% of your deposit will be retained to help recover some of the costs and lost opportunities for other clients.
*No-Show or Last-Minute
Cancellation: In cases of no-show or last-minute cancellation (with in 2 days of the appointment), the deposit will not be refunded, as this impacts my ability to serve other clients.
